We are here to tell you we have 5 on 5 Scrims, the only restriction is to one Spy per team. We are looking at this time: Scrims on weekends. About 7:30 GMT 10+ (Sydney and Melbourne Time).

5v5 does seem odd, but with the state of anything under div2 in this country as it is, even getting 10 people onserver simultaneously will be a task.
